Hi friends, family, and fans.
Happy Cinco D' Mayo (sp?)! I just got back last night from a fantastic gig at the world famous Fairmont Hotel in San Francisco. I played and conducted for Tony Bennett impressionist, Freddie Pierce. We had Chuck Delora on bass and Chuck Hughes on drums. The trio was cooking and Freddie was fantastic! The crowd (bankers from Massachusetts) were great. It's always fun to go to "The City" to see the beautiful sights and to shop for souvenirs. I took Katherine with me. She's a fantastic person! See some pictures below!
This morning, I picked up my shipment of my new CD, "Corky Bennett, Live from the Polo Lounge." It turned out great. Remember, our big CD release party is scheduled for 5/18. Hope you all can make it!
I'm in the process of furnishing my new condo. Sure takes a lot of money. It's a lot of fun though.
